Did You Hire Them That Way?

Posted by Pete Caputa on Thu, Feb 28, 2008
We get the chance to review hundreds of sales results every year. We've done this now for 15 years. And the old pareto principle holds pretty true. 20% of the people generally will be responsible for about 80% of your sales and or revenue results. I also recognize that no matter how large your sales force is you will ALWAYS have a bottom 20% of your sales team. The question that I have for you is: Your current bottom 20%: Did you hire them that way or did you make them that way.

Let me know.
