This certification program is not intended for everyone with the title of sales manager. The Sales Managed Environment® Certification program will be most meaningful for the right people who fit a specific profile - those who believe in continuous learning, understand that they don’t know everything, have a passion to improve and are committed to the development of their salespeople. These sales managers will successfully complete the certification and the result will be dramatically improved sales management skills which, in turn, will drive extraordinary sales results!



Sales Managed Environment®
Certification Program:

Coaching, Motivating, Recruiting,
Upgrading, Setting Standards

This robust program, designed and offered exclusively by ACTG, typically includes the following components, customized to your situation:

  • Sales Assessment: You will complete a comprehensive individual assessment that will detail your sales management strengths, skills and weaknesses including a 1-on-1 review of findings that will provide a roadmap for your development

  • In-Person Training: You will participate in on-site experiential learning, including delivery of content, assignments, role play, drill for skill and strategy development for sales management

  • 24/7 Online Learning: You will participate in a custom online library of 10 sales management courses that includes modules, assignments as well as knowledge and application quizzes. Part of this learning process will involve journaling with your sales coach about your experiences

  • Phone Coaching: Throughout the program, you will participate in phone coaching around real sales management issues, coaching of the pipeline and performance management  

  • Web-based Coaching: You will be involved in web/video conferences with continued focus on experiential learning, role play, strategy development and drill for skill 

  • Portal Access: You will have a single point of access to all of your Sales Management Environment® Certification Program materials from your ACTG Portal

  • The Capstone Presentation: To be fully certified, you will end the program with a complete report on establishing a fully functioning, high performance Sales Managed Environment®
